Frequently Asked Questions
Is airfare included in the price?
Flights are not included in the cruise package pricing. However, one of our dedicated travel associates will be happy to assist in securing the best flight options for you. We have access to exclusive, non-published airfare rates that we can review with you. Additionally, we'll work closely with you to determine the optimal booking window to secure the most competitive flight pricing.
If I'm driving or flying to the city where the ship departs, when should I arrive to area?
Ideally, you should arrive the day before the ship departs. This will enable resolution of any issues with traveling the area.
Is there assistance with booking pre or post cruise hotel stays, transportation and/or activities?
Yes, we will gladly assist with all phases of travel. Once your registration is received a member of our team will contact you to discuss any travel assistance we can provide.
Can you assist me with transfers between the airport and the cruise port?
Absolutely, we will discuss options during the reservation process.
Are visas and/or passports required?
In most cases a United States Citizen is not required to have a passport if traveling from and returning to the same United States cruise port. Guests may use a certified birth certificate to board the ship. A visa is not required. U.S. citizen guests may travel with both a Government issued birth certificate** and Government issued picture ID card, such as a drivers license.
**A 'birth certificate' is issued by a government agency (state, county, city, etc.). This document (with seal and signature) is legal proof of citizenship that can be used by U.S. citizens for certain international travel. A 'birth notice' is issued by a hospital or other type of medical facility but it is not an approved travel document. It is a courtesy document that merely indicates where a birth occurred. It has no legal status and cannot be used to prove citizenship for international travel purposes.
For U.S. and Canadian citizens only:
Is roommate matching available?
Unfortunately we are unable to match guests to share a cabin. You may book a shared cabin while you are working to secure a sailing companion. If unable to secure a roommate, you may cancel before the penalty date and obtain a refund or change to a solo cabin.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Please see the main registration page for cancellation dates and refund policy.
Is a payment plan offered?
